The answer to “who am I?” changes in the phases of our lives. We take on different and multiple roles. Some we choose ourselves, some assigned to us and some we feel boxed into. And it’s not always easy to know who we want to be or how to be someone else. Especially in transformative or transitional times.
This circle gives you the opportunity to reflect on your identity. Not just who you are but who you want to be. Through relational, self-reflecting and sharing practices we will try to get more clarity on how we want to identify. This can be everything from societal, gender and relational roles to adjectives describing you.
1) Replace judgment with curiosity

Please note that the structure of the circle may adapt to the needs and flow of the group.
