In this circle, we gather around the theme of HEALTHY BOUNDARIES.
Boundaries are not walls we build to keep others out. They are the quiet clarity that helps us stay connected to ourselves.
In this circle, we will explore boundaries as an act of self-connection and self-respect — as a way of honoring our needs, emotions, and limits without closing our hearts.
What does it mean to say fully “yes”? What does it mean to say “no” without guilt?
And how can clear boundaries actually deepen love and intimacy rather than threaten it?
Together, we will reflect on where we may have crossed our own limits, where we long to stand more firmly in our truth, and how we can stay rooted in ourselves while remaining open to connection. Because healthy love does not require us to shrink. It asks us to show up whole.
